Laser Assisted Hatching it was also recently developed process where we found it is usually done in people where they have a repeated failures . Suppose they say first cycle failed second cyc failed then then we see what is the reason for the failure we try to study their cycle we try to study the embryo and sometimes we find that the Zona pellucida or the outer covering of the embryo is hard or it is tough. So that could be the reason for it not getting attached to the endometrium we just make a hole or we thin up the layer Zona pellucida by using a laser which can be accurately done and then with that helps in implantation. So this method helps in people who have recurrent implantation failure or who are already underwent one or two cycles of IVF somewhere outside and came with the failures on the embryos which we find are having a hard Zona pellucida. So thereby increasing the implantation and trying to see that they have a successful idea and a successful child is born from it. So this is a new method it is not used for everybody. Only for those people whom I have mentioned already.
