Just look at him he is 65+ and still fit and fine shows that when you train properly and eat properly then it gives you long-lasting results and happiness. He trained hard and ate our desi food doodh, dahi, ghee, and dry fruits which shows that under the influence of Western practices our young athletes left their roots but are still far behind in achieving what sir has achieved.
Kudos to Muscle Blaze for sharing such an inspiring story and I hope our younger generation will take lessons from it.

Sir I'll try to bring mr Olympia gold for India
I have his pic from the newspaper at 1993 at my schhol daz, him flexing front biceps in my instrument box abd it fits perfectly. And start to compete after the age of 35 and now i m 40 + and still competes at natural bodybuilding association only. Thanks to mr premchand that i believe for longevity natural bodybuilding is the only way to be a very healthy way to persue bodybuilding. No hard feeling to the traditional bodybuilding i love both bodybuilding whether natural or Enhanced, its a personal choice and i choose natural bodybuilding
