Taxis are a nightmare to get . We were there last week and could not get a taxi at the ranks or get one to stop in the street . Best to wait on one dropping off then jump in .

Just a comment on my friend’s experience on travelling to the UK from Reina Sofia. She is 77, a Spanish citizen & has not been off the island for years. She was heading for the UK & wore leggings, boots & a big sweater. On going through security, she was asked to remove her sweater! She was very nervous anyway & did as asked. She had a thermal semi- transparent top underneath & her leggings were a bit transparent. She had to put her sweater in a tray & go through the screening . She asked a woman official in Spanish, ‘ was this necessary but was ignored. My friend then had to retrieve her trays & get dressed.
I find this appalling but she just wants to forget it. Her return from Gatwick was just the opposite. She was treated gently and everyone was very helpful. Badly done to the security staff at Reina Sofia, must have been feeling very proud of themselves for treating a third ager like dirt.
Thanks for this video. I flew back from Tenerife airport one week ago. But at 1:30 AM (flight was scheduled for 0:45) and we were in the only plane leaving so late, so the airport was very quiet.
wonder if one of those chillmax air go's would make a difference to those sweaty hotel rooms
Hi buddie if you had went down to left hand corner food hall O learys is a walk in nice resurant fish special is 15 and dorada 5 euros in glass pint 4 of us shared 1 portion and enjoyed 😇😇
Aye Taxi's. Quite right on those. Spain has such low wages (low cost of living as a result) that it is a temptation to overcharge.
