  • Tim Grunert is a sophomore majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Nevada. Tim is the winner of the student speaker competition. In this talk he uses a Rubik's Cube to encourage you to explore what makes you unique.
    In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

    I LOVE THIS GUY! He loves to solve rubik's cubes (just like me). and He can make a very interesting TED talk while using the rubik's cube as something symbolic!

    This is very well thought out and very thought provoking, I love the concept of a Rubik cube as an example of some one figuring out aspects of their life. a Rubik cube is very difficult, thus is life.

      Geister Fuhrer I think with lubix on the edges it would slow down the cube to much for my stlye considering its already a slow enough cube

      @soffren Před 10 lety

      True, but I'm really forceful and solve with intuitive not Fridrich method so my algorithms a lot shorter.

      I meant third layer, I don't use OLL or PLL, I do it intuitively...
