@@PEBBLEZ21 she wasn't the murderer though. The FBI's independent experts said that her car couldn't have hit a pedestrian, and that O'Keefe couldn't have been hit by a car (the lack of bruising and injuries to the lower body is convincing).
The prosecution's own ME said the injuries on O'Keefe's body were not common for pedestrian collisions. And their accident reconstruction expert said that the alleged collision occured 2 key turns prior to the start of his testing. This is extraordinarily unlikely to be when O'Keefe was hit, because the key would have been turned once to unload it from the flatbed, and a second time to load it onto the flatbed (and Read herself also would have started the car at least a few times to get it to her parents' house, when she went to look for O'Keefe, etc.).
