I find these recordings from the Chopin competition to be one of the best
They’re all playing to win and in the zone
Agree. The sound quality, camera angles, playing levels, all are top quality. Personally much more enjoyable than many vidoes by famous pianists with bad sound quality
This waltz is extremely difficult and he performs it perfectly.
Such a warm and rounded touch, truly what every pianist wishes to have
he is truly gifted indeed, but a good piano plays a part on the sound too :)
I know im asking randomly but does anybody know a tool to log back into an instagram account..?
I was stupid lost my password. I would love any tricks you can give me
@Hamza Paxton Instablaster =)
He’s practiced countless hours
I think that I would listened this waltz for my whole life.
It's very nice! But I prefer Op. 34 No. 1 to this
A BORN Chopin player par excellence! THE ELEGANCE, REFINEMENT, BUOYANCY, and PERFECT CONTROLare a MARVEL to BEHOLD. WHY did he not win WIN FIRST OR LEAST SECOND PRIZE? THIS is an ASTNISHING TALENT. His lovely sound, and refined articulation are PERFECT for Chopin.
sky Yuzuki Lu competed in the 2015 competition, not the 2010
@@fardpig4269 Wunder deserved the first prize in 2010
He didn't win because of Seong jin Cho's perfection and clarity. I agree that he deservesd at least 3rd or 2nd though.
Great performance!
I like his toucher a lot
Very elegant and musical
Wybitne wykonanie.
I just love how you play. BRAVO
Butterflies dance in my ear.
The melody sounds as beautiful as someone else sings
You expressed very well.
Are you Korean?
🍍
exactly! its a beautiful song and piece.
The best recording I´ve ever seen of this piece
Best recording I‘ve ever heard of this piece!
I absolutely love this guy
That's a great sounding Yamaha
Smikkelbeer I admit it.
I am Korean. I am not good at English.^^;
LOL
It's Steinway rather than Yamaha.
thats exactly what i thought
I love sound of Yamaha,too
You have the soul to play this song, It’s a a hard song, beautifully played ❤️
I can hear the melody so good. :D
THE DECRESCENDO AT THE END!!! So fresh.
What a nice performance, Eric.
u r awesome.
best version ever
Ah, such poise and elegance when doing the fast passages.
Perhaps the most difficult waltz
Noah Johnson And one of the best.
I'm Hisoka well fml i’m gonna start learning that soon
What ist with op 34 Nr 1? It’s hard too Isnt it?
I Played all of them I personally would Rank them 1. op 42 the hardest
2. op 34 Nr.1 and 3. op 18.
John M I’m practically done with Op 18. Learning the notes is hard, but after some practice work (like 2 or 3 days per. section), it’s easy.
Granted I procrastinated on learning since I’m easily distracted, but it was the same amount of work
Beautiful
beautiful!
So amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That ending! Absolutely legendary
I love playing this waltz, but the way he plays it is much more beautiful than me! 😂💚
Nothing to say as a white Irish person my jaw made the most noise
Such an amazing tinkler
Excellent performance. I only wish this song were less of a pain to play.
Wow that finishing...
Maravilloso Mexico

0:22 His strict mom who's about to disapprove but realizes he's actually doing good
I was thinking that as well lol

💀💀💀💀
¡¡Extraordinario!!
Perfect!
crisp!
Unexpected end!
Correctly played
This is wonderful playing.
I am still learning this piece and it is so hard
Yo you're chopin... weren't you the first guy to play this piece? Lol
@@pubgplayer1720 Haha 😆 This is funny 😁
@@pubgplayer1720 hahah he really is chopin lol😆
i’m learning it rn and it’s intense haha
0:17 The face of ecstasy ^ ^
The ending! 😍
Nice
His technique is excellent even though it is not with deep emotion.
Yamaha cfx a great piano for great pianists
Anyone know what Yamaha this is?
Cf longest one.

I still want the mechanical waterfall song from the Sims 2 base game...
And a few others.
Some classical and some blues.
I want the actual files and performances from the game.
They're good, and I always listen to them when I play.
I make the Sims learn the piano to hear them.

Better than Rubinstein?
Who said Rubinstein is still good pianist? He was great,in these times he would't be famous as he became though...
Of course
@@Fofothekiller1997 Rubinstein was and still an excellent pianist. Nobody can surpass him in terms of musicality. While not having the technical ability that many nowadays clearly possess, in revolutionary technical prowess, Rubinstein will always remain unmatched musically.
This rendition was better than Rubinstein's.
@@pubgplayer1720 I love like those sea sounds he seems to make. Does that make any sense at all lol
that ending tho
I think it was the Op. 62 no. 1; i have answered a bit late hahaha
..meaning the bouncing
The ending is quite exceptional
No "competitiors" please.
Is this song about rape and strangulation?
And abuse in general?
As great as a pianist that this guy is, It's a d*mn shame he had to use a piece of crap piano like a Yamaha..
I mean, out of all Yamahas I'd say this is probably one of the better ones...
Rush.....rush ...rush...!!!!!!
uhh it’s not rush🧐
bruh he is the opposite rushing like lmfao imagine thinking that.
The score says Vivace. I think he’s playing Presto. The piece still sounds great and impressive at a much slower tempo, imo. But I guess this is a competition, and flashy but still musical is a good bet when you’re competing against other flawless competitors. I don’t know how one judges subjective perfection. Chopins pieces are wide open to tempo/rubato interpretations; they read as transcribed improvisations. This version is Chopin on crack.
