There's an old saying that says you should never meet your heroes which turned out to be BS. He was great company and took it as a compliment when i said i'd tried to copy his style. He was such a fluent mover with his head, torso and feet all in synch. His jab was a real lock picker and he carried plenty of power in his left hook and right uppercut. He's one of Britain's best ever and should have been knighted
