My Dad died on 3/23/21 due to Covid and he was buried 03/29/2021 so it has been a rough time. I just took a screenshot of my Dads grave and was just telling my brother that we need to make it beautiful in his honor. Pole for your loss. There is a banana tree where my Dad is now buried. Your Dad is proud of you.

That same thing happened to me, lost my Dad and they took our land. (I left the land , left the village and bought a family house in the town, case close)That's what they do in the village, not only village even some relatives in town all they want is to collect from you. My little advice is (stop picking their calls by so doing you will be free. The only person you have business with is your grandfather, you can call him once in awhile to know how he is doing) remember you have yourself and son to take care of. If possible stop going to the village for now.

And when you send food to them, everybody comes and take everything and don’t leave anything for the house you leave the foods in!

Same thing of land happened, our mother just told us, "my children, work hard,buy land and start from afresh. No need to fight and shade blood. I believe in you, you'll make me proud" Those are the words that keep me and my siblings going every single day.
