If you go through a black hole, you're going to another universe. However, if you travel through the black hole in that universe (since there is one in every universe) that black hole will take you to another universe, and so on. This will keep going forever, since there are black holes in every universe, and there are universes in every black hole. They are infinite, therefore being a multiverse. As an astrophysicist, my take on extraterrestrial life. Space limits the basics conditions of life as we know as humans such as: temperature, liquid water, food, and a atmospheric composition. With the scientific evidence it's more reasonable to lean over toward to "no." For now until new discoveries are made my answer is 'no.'

But if it’s Midnight, pitchdark stare closely at the sky, the chances of you seeing a small and shiny light shinier than any other star- you might be looking at Betelgeuse 😊
