    Awesome video. I popped my left one in and couldn’t figure out how to get it back into place.After watching the video I could just pop the USB out and snap the left one in from the back. Thanks for the insight!!

      Good to know. My son was sitting in the middle seat and pushed his knee against it and it popped in. I have been trying to figure out how to get it back in place for 8 months now without taking the whole dash apart.

      But how do you put it back in. The one that snaps in the back? So do I need to remove the whole panel to pop it back in?

    You probably thought about making a video after you had it all apart, still, watching it come apart would have been a big help. But you got me closer than I was before your video so thanks.

    This was an EXCELLENT little piece of information. I am installing a brake controller in that very spot the "pushes back" instead of pulling out. Very timely and helpful.

    Thank you guys!!! I’m currently waiting for my 2020 Chevy custom trail boss to come in off the truck to the dealership! And I hate I’m missing features from the LT All Star. Have you guys noticed anything else that would be helpful about the infotainment or center console before I start toying around with it?? This video itself earned my subscribe!

    Hi
    Can I purchase and change out my USB that is not working properly on my 20 Silverado ? Changed out generic cords, etc. I bought a $25 Samsung cord in case it was generic cords. The only conclusion is that it's the port itself that has issues. Suggestions on where to get a compatible USB port ? This is not in my wheelhouse; my brother can help me install it. Thanks in advance.

    • @WickedWarnings
      @WickedWarnings  Před 2 lety

      YES YOU CAN....either order a new port from dealer or an aftermarket port on amazon and wire in. Its easy to swap.

      I just fixed mine in 2 minutes. Trick is to find the access point from underneath the drivers side. Get your phone camera in video mode with the flash on. Get up under the drivers side floor and look at your phone while recording. You can see the small access point. Reach your hand up in there and it easily pops back in

    Could you upgrade to 110v outlet? I thought there was an additional switch to turn the outlet on and off with the trucks equipped with the outlet from the factory
