When it´s safe, and if you find yourself in Odense again, do check out Odense Zoo. In summer you can take a boat down the river, straight from the town center to the Zoo. :)
Also Fyn is the home of the brunsviger cake, and they do taste better here. ;)

Faaborg is a nice little town. Lived there for 5 years. Next time you go to Faaborg, take a walk in Svanninge Bakker. Its so beautiful.
Odense is my favorite city in Denmark, alright I live here and was born in Odense. I think you should come back in the autumn 2021 or spring 2022, where the lighttrain (Odense Letbane) is done and when most buildings are completed. Right now they are working on a project called "From big city to big city". If so, I would like to show you around Odense. I know a lot of exciting places. :)

I love Odense so much.... I visit it one time a year. (I have a friend in Morud). I love the streets, the HCA museum and Garden. Tapperi Stræde... with old buildings. The people are so nice... I will love to visit the flower Festival or hear a fairy tale in the garden. There are going build some new (Japenese architech) to get a clouser look of HCA (Hans Christian Andersen.

You should visit Bornholm in the summer, it's a small island south-east of the southern part of Sweden, there are ferries going from Copenhagen as well as from Ystad (in Sweden), it's called "solskinsøen" because it's the place in Denmark with the most sunshine, hidden away in the baltic sea where that Atlantic weather can't get to it.

If you are going to Jylland again, you have to stop by Nørre Aaby bakery and try their Romrugler, they won the price for best Romrugler in Denmark, and when you are in the bakery get brunsviger, Its Fyns official pastery.
