Upsolving JNJD 2024 - Hopefully

Since this is one of the first contests that wasn't made by the scientific committee, we will take the opportunity to try and be contestants again.

what i learned from this stream:
- it's silly to code everything that looks like an ac at first glance, be sure to prove to yourself that a solution will ac before coding it up
- cp'ers struggle with implementation real bad, or at least are lazy to implement :3
- no one likes fft
