- When Zyzz and Chestbrah began their fitness journey at the age of 17, they could have had no idea where it would take their life. By uploading videos to the internet of their workouts, life and physique, ZYZZ and Chestbrah stumbled into fame. Although, with it would come an array of downsides that would turn much of this fame into a negative.
This is, The Beautiful Tragedy Of A Legend: Zyzz.
Thank you guys for watching, like and sub if you enjoyed, SunnyV2 XO ❤

Zyzz is a fitness icon and an early example of a social influencer who saw the dangers of that lifestyle. He's both an inspiration and a cautionary tale.
Yes there all dangers that’s why you have to do it the right way so you can do it the best you can everyday don’t do steroids or enhancements do a good split eat good and sleep good and you’ll see nothing but benefits it’s all abt having a good Routine
When he wants to take life seriously that's wat changed him and i think his mental is fucked.. he had underlying trus issues and also his posting photos that belittle females on fb to gain more followers is what causes his bad karma to catch up to him.

Nowadays, so many influencers play exaggerated versions of themselves, but in 2007 the idea of a larger-than-life personality on the internet was almost totally unheard of. Zyzz cracked the code 15 years ago that took the rest of the fitness world decades to figure out. If it’s your day it’s your day, there’s no getting away from it.
I’m 54 and my son is 26. He showed me this bloke when he was at school. He and his mates all started attending the gym around the same time. I told my son at the time it wasn’t natural and he was on gear. My son listened but was still positively motivated. He is lean and fit but still relatively small. Two of his mates are massive and on it. It’s a difficult thing to know if his influence was more positive than negative….
People need to quit demonizing gear. There's a big difference between using 250mg of test (the high end of a TrT protocol) and blasting grams of gear, hgh, and insulin to compete at the pro level. It's not even in the same realm.
You can get bigger than any dude in the gym on 250mg of test with the occasional bump up to 500mg. That's not gonna hurt you, at all.

Crazy how people worship someone who abused drugs until he died.
3:07 buffed ray William Johnson
Lmao I can't unsee it anymore
Never heard of him but he is basically Brucie from GTA 4 😂😅
Zyzz is the reason i started to workout and i will continue and never stop this journey
Ok paladin, you seen the light
Zyzz only lived for 22 years, but he accomplished more in his life than many could dream of doing.
It doesn't sound like he accomplished much.
Steroids, mental illness and a heart attack in a f***ing thai sauna. Woah, I'm so envious.
@@eradict Inspiring thousands (likely more) of people to change their life for the better seems like an accomplishment to me.
@@Sana_a04 like inspiring others by injecting anabolic steroid and developing serious body dysmorphia? Lol, you can't be that naive
@@eradict He accomplished more then 10-20 million youngsters, he was praised as a god and was called zyzz's reincarnation :< ur just living under the rock

Zyzz is the reason now as a 33 year old I've got back into working out rip King
Hope you are well
Goddamn, way to upload this on one of my training days. I was in high school right at the height of his rise, and he was always such a gung-ho inspiration to me. It's sad it had to end the way it did, but his content helped inspire me to take better care of myself and push to be the best that I can be.
Sunny never fails to satisfy me. The extreme process of the research he does is very impressive. Total legend!
Well made video! Thank you for posting
I come back every now and then to this because its just nostalic. RIP ZYZZ!
Great video Sunny, this guy is the reason I got in the gym in the first place. I can seriously say he changed my life in a way. RIP Zyzz
Damn no mercy 6:14
11 years after his passing he's still motivating people.
He helped so many teenagers to build their best body and also helped so many physically and mentally.Thank u for everything Zyzz and even if u aren't here with us physically, ur with us in our hearts.
Zyzz Inspired me 13 years ago. I'm a changed man because of him. Zyzz never dies!
Finally a good documentary about Zyzz! The one who brought me into Bodybuilding 12 years ago. Always trained with my best buddy and had a wonderful time in this period. RIP
Josh Brett has a good one wdym.
The guy who helped him is a legend. This is what I love about this sport, the support and help you can get, even from the biggest monsters.
He’s still rising, what a legend thank you so much for making this video!
There are plenty of steroid addicted 20 somethings that you can aspire to be like.
This was awesome. Zyzz is my Arnold when it comes to the gym. He’s the inspiration for me losing so much fat and getting muscle. I will one day look like him. Thanks for making this Sunny. Forever Mirin Brah
This man was a legend thanks for getting the word of him more wide spread to the new generation
He’s the reason I got into working out years ago. Kobe and Zyzz’s death hit me hard. Legends never forgotten
Zyzz was a goat. Always so sad to think about where he would be today if he was still here. RIP Zyzz
He would have been the face of gym community
@@SubIfYouAreAgainstSocialism yup he definitely would have
No he wasn't. He literally took the easy way out and started juicing cause "he had hurt feelings". Not a fucking man
@@itsdragon85 oh no, he used steroids but still had motivation, be an inspiration and worked hard for himself and others! How inferior to big ol' me!!!🤡
@@tranminhnguyen6217 yes it is inferior. He took the easy way out. Like a man competing in women's swimming
I followed your channel for a long time now and it is incredible how much better you got with editing. The videos were always interesting to watch but now they are even better. :) keep up the good work
A well documented story about Zyzz was well overdue. Thank you for bringing this up again! We have a lot to thank for because of him
this guy made me go to the gym in 2013. he was my idol. it transformed my life. but till this day I always cry when I hear or see anything about him.
This guy inspired me to work out and get abs when I was a teenager. Iam 27 now miss you Zyzz.
Dude was a juice head that killed himself with it... yeah great idol 👏
@@itsdragon85 The guy still inspired millions of people to work out.
@@FlyingNimbus yeah he inspired them (by cheating) only due to his physique which was attained through steroid abuse... if you can't understand how the two are directly correlated than you obviously don't have enough intelligence to even bother with this conversation
@@Airy101 looool exactly man, what a hater. Clearly this guy has issues.
@@itsdragon85 They are really not correlated... hahahaha wow. I didn't do any steroids loool. And regardless, he still inspired people to get off the couch, that doesn't make my statement any less valid. Iam just wondering do you have a ugly physique, did you get laid in high school? Clearly something triggered you... and it would explain alot about yout reaction. You also have alot of demons and hate, I suggest getting help. If you don't have the patience or civility to have a proper conversation, then clearly you are just looking for a reaction. Anyway.. God bless you and I hope you feel happier in your life.
Zyzz rejected the limits of his mortality to live forever in our hearts.
We all got a little bit of zyzz in us!
💪💪💪
He rejected weakness, and this is his most important message to all men and women on the world. Dont follow measly tiktok trends, don follow the herd, dont accept mediocrity
No he gave into his weakness and took the easy way out through steroids. If you idolize him your just a loser
Im glad you made this video as most people outside the fitness community dont actually know who he is.
I watched your video through thoroughly and when it came to the final seconds at the end i was enlightened at how that figet spinner spun
my message is to train hard, don’t be a hard cant, enjoy life and don’t take yourself too seriously. If there were more people like me, the world would be a happier place. I’d rather do what I do and have fun then sit back hating on someone achieving something.

Takes me back, was the whole reason i got into fitness in the first place when i was like 15, we all wanted to be zyzz lol, legend that has pathed the way for a lot of people alive today in the industry, its a shame hes not here to see it.
His message to that girl is disgusting and not "hilarious" . Women who say things like these are rightfully labeled narsistic, shallow and mean, but he got compliments and more fans
thats the joke, ,zyzz was fake character that's a narsistic gym bro so of course he stayed in character ,,,, its even explained in the video.
You sound weak. Its just a word you read through the screen. Some girls need to be put down to earth.
Zyzz was the first influencer the internet has seen. He inspired me to get into fitness and he made me a better person for it. Forever mirin' brah.
damn, that ending almost made me cry. he rlly just wanted an escape from all the fame, on the outside he was a "douche" and the inside was a skinny nerd who wanted to enjoy life
maybe if he went to therapy instead of down the path of gym, steroids and bitches, he'd be still alive and healthy today
@@swoopskee Robin Williams went to therapy for 20 years and look how much that helped him so much so he's dead too now.
@@swoopskee 🤓
@@anki2451 Or MAYBE those therapy sessions kept him going for so long next to his family. Otherwise he might have been dead a long while now.
Zyzz should have did some therapy next to his grinding for his gains. Mental health is just as important as physical health.
@@biharimark5506 yep the therapist would have healed his congenital heart defect and he’d still be here today
