Imagine a scenario where one of the organisations in the UK markets their Khula service as a "guranteed outcome to be granted" for women, then informs the women that 4 notices should be issued to the respondent, by post apparently, the council has the respondents email and telephone number also yet not a single notice is received by the respondent. The respondent is informed verbally by the wife that notices and reminders have been sent and he contacts the council directly in writing who ignore all emails. Then the wife apparently is issued with a Khula certificate, but refuses to share it with the husband. This is happening to someone currently, imagine this scenario and forgive me for thinking that this self proclaimed council gurantees outcomes by not sending out notices and issuing Khula certificates on the basis of no response from the respondent. Very shady practice in the UK

Correct. And if the man is running away, that doesn't mean khula is guaranteed. It should be a punishment or something. And it will go against him. He has to man up. But khula doesn't become guaranteed. People have to follow justice. A lot of people don't like justice.

There is no Sharia Law in England, An islamic marriage is disolved in the UK if it is properly registered with a civil marriage under the laws of england and wales, or not properly registered under self appointed council under the guidance of companies set up calling themselves Sharia councils, but none of it is regulated and underpinned by the law.

Im sorry but he's pulling this from hsi butt. If the man doesn't repsond that many times, then the divorceshoudl be granted because he has full motivation to not live up to his expectations. If you're going to say sharia law then make sure you get it right.
