Another way would have been
Factory speaker wire + and - from door, connected straight into the main + and - inputs on the crossover
Then, a new wire from the woofer + and - outputs on the crossover and ran to the CT Sounds 6.5" woofer
Then, a new wire from tweeter + and - outputs on the crossover, and onto + and - on the back of tweeters
Crossovers mounted on metal under the door panels, tweets in the panels

I got the same speakers coming in today. Stock speaker upgrade since the old ones are blown. Just now ordering the dash kit and radio with back up camera. 1998 k2500 4 door. Will be thinking of ordering the CT sounds bio 4x6 for the rear pillars or I'll try and build a proper box for a CT sounds hydro 12".

Just installed a pair of these in a Traiblazer SS. They sound really good !
