Good job ninja! That dismount was impressive
Your such a nice, honest guy ,the horses love and trust you, thats why you do so well with them all, well done you from UK.
Thank you for your kind words. Horses can learn and experience new things the best when they have a feeling of "safety". It's how their autonomic system works, if they feel mentally safe they can explore and experience new things so I am always working to get them back to a mental feeling if safety🙏.
Good reflex
Yee haw cowboy! I love knowing Toby is doing so great with his owners today!
I need to plan a future trip to your place, I need some more schooling and I like the way you do horse
lawrence cannon well.....I would love to have you come visit! Until then you may enjoy my online Science Based Horsemanship video series....it’s only $25 month and I go into ALOT of detail and description. You can find more on my website. www.westtaylor.net
I longline a young one in the water so they don't have my weight to balance and no banks / not safe / too stressful for them. Less ER chances too. 🤣
I dont understand why you wouldn't make it easy on your horse by ponying him out and giving him the confidence of another experienced horse ?
It takes pressure for horses to learn, all Toby needed was a few experiences and he was great with the water!
