Was definitely jarring to say the least but after hearing the backstory on what happened I was absolutely blown away.

Unfortunately, there was not a good job for the short time to render. I apologize but I would not upload this video since it does not make the company famous

And this is why it an awful way to rush the CGI processing, which ended up being an eighth generation graphics-like without proper rendering. What a foregetable mess.

Not exactly your best work to say the least.

Back story of this is marvel turned over the footage late so they only had a month to do this. So yea that's what you get for rushed work.

Those who think that the cgi in this part is terrible, this scene was shot in november and the company got the clip only by december and they only had less than 2 months to complete this. every second has 24 frames and to animate 1 frame it takes 8 to 10 hours. So according to the time they were given, this is the best you can get.

They could have saved time with filming the rest.... acting was so shitty anyways....but messing up the final fight due to timing issues is no excuse

i respect the effort that went into this but this is the worst sequence in the whole movie

Just compare this to your work in the first Ant-Man. You did the climax in that movie and it looked oscar-worthy (plus most of that scene is full cgi environment and characters, like this one) and you managed to make this one look terrible. Love your work most of the time but I don't know what happened here.

If I remember correctly, since Marvel finished shooting the scene late, they only had just over a month to animate and render the whole scene, which isn't much time at all, unfortunately.

Can someone please point out where the CGI in this fight was “off”? And don’t just give me empty statements like “the lighting was off” (which I really don’t see) or “the characters had no weight“. Point out clips or shots from this sequence in which the CGI looked off. Because I’ve been trying to look closely at this fight but I just don’t see where the problem is. I can see someone’s point that the studio was too over reliant on CGI where it may not have been needed, but I just can’t see their point that the CGI is “bad”. And no I’m not speaking as a MCU fanboy. I genuinely want to know what specifically is the problem with the CGI in the sequence. If anyone in this comment section can point that out respond to me
