In banana shake I noticed it had a few pieces left...I doubt its abilities seeing its performance with soft banana..Watermelon is the easiest thing for any blender....plus washing seems hassle ... I doubt if it better thn ususal good old hand blender..just tht its ok if ur out on a picnic

For the bananas if you want you can try two times to get more smoother shake and yes of course it is travel friendly.
