Honestly Penelope is getting on my nerves with the stuff she writes in Whistledown. Does she not realise talking sh*t about the Queen is treason?? Of all the things she could use her huge platform for, she chooses to bully the Queen of England. Like... where is her sense? And what did Charlotte ever do to her?
She knows writing about Charlotte makes her more money. Remember in the first season Eloise was excited by the Whistledown Papers because it was the first gossip rag to name names.
The Queen's granddaughter and the only heir just died. It is literally the same day of the funeral. That Penelope decided to use this event and this moment to take jabs at the Queen...well the apple truly didn't fall far from the tree. Penelope is more her mother's daughter than any of her sisters. I'm not sure I actually want to watch next season with her as a main. She truly turned out to be a two-face nasty lil b1tch.
My guess is that the low ratings is because Netflix turned Queen Charlotte black. I've seen a lot of angry white men on the internet complaining about this without even watching the show
When we see the traditional wedding gown and it's very similar to what Princess Augusta is wearing when she tells Charlotte about the gown. (I actually think it's quite pretty, but it's good Charlotte uses the gown she wants for the wedding. It works quite well for the garden scene.)

Corset people say this corset speech is inaccurate, but I figure that she knows her brother doesn't know anything about corsets. Also, the actresses have mentioned how much the corsets have hurt them, so maybe the costume department just doesn't know how to lace them properly or something.
Why was your reaction so adverse to the thought of watching THIS particular season? To the point where you've obviously felt the need to explain WHY you decided to watch it, repeatedly? You can watch your own recording from the beginning and it's all there. ;) I was simply curious why you felt the need for THIS particular project to overexplain your decision to watch. If you hadn't noted it, at least 3-4 times, I likely wouldn't have mentioned it. Again, go back and watch your own video to better answer what I'm "going on about" which was, in fact, what I wondered about you as I heard you on your 3rd explanation, telling us why you decided to just give the show a go. Lol I'm like - " We get it!
