I received rub and sauce yesterday!! I seasoned up my thighs with Gissums rub and placed that in the fridge overnight and today I will bake them and put that BBQ sauce on them. I have fresh sweet corn so i will make some fried corn serve it with the BBQ Baked Chicken with some garlic bread. My husband can't wait.

Never pour grease down your drain. It's going to cause a blockage in your pipes over time. Bye you a funnel and use a gallon empty milk or water jug or save some empty jars with the lids. Make sure it's cool if you are using a jug. A good thick glass jar you can pour into hot or warm. I, keep different types of jars and jugs just for my used grease. once it's full I, throw it in the trash.
