Literally the only part of Wemby's statline that doesn't resemble an All-NBA member is the turnovers. He truly is unbelievable.
Cam Whitmore is obviously a top 10 pick, and also a very good steal for the Rockets.
I really wanted the Pacers to draft him but, I was happy with who they drafted until they traded.
@@saysoun752 The Pacers have strangely been hitting home runs from late 1st and early 2nd round picks. Their recent lottery picks are still young and need some work (Mathurin is a good scorer but gets a bit lost on defense; Walker hasn't had much playing time yet but has lots of raw potential), but Nembhard and Sheppard are surprisingly very good already and were both part of the rotation that made it to the ECF.
I mostly agree with the order on this, but I still think the Rockets take Whitmore at 4th if Amen is off the board. He was their second choice at that spot anyways after Amen, and I think he's shown enough to justify their faith in him. Keeping everyone else the same order, just shifting down one spot.
If I'm the magic I think I'd rather have Jordan Hawkins rn. They have 3 good bigs already and with hawks ability to space the floor being their biggest need while also being as talented as Lively imo he feels like the perfect fit

I underestimated Brandon Miller somewhat, probably because of how much the comparisons to Paul George annoyed me (I don't think he has anything close to prime PG's athleticism and defensive potential). I did expect Cason Wallace and Lively to be good, better than their draft spots would suggest, so I redeemed myself a bit there.
I wish my Blazers took Amen. I think you spot on in the top 6 picks
Scoot is so hard to read. The potential is there, but if you watch all the blazer games like my die hard ass does (painfully at times) Scoot just doesn't seem to want to drive to the basket all that much. When he does, he's fantastic, and a great free throw shooter to top it off. He should be attacking the basket 20 times a game. but he doesn't do it more than a couple times a game, its disheartening for sure. I don't know if Chauncy is the right coach for him or not which is another point of contention with re-picking that 3rd pick. I still think I'd rather have scoot than the twins but time will tell.
2023 draft class is the best draft class on this decade IMHO thanks to Wemby, Jaime Jaquez Jr and one who'd picked by the Hornets that I forgot his name.
