Yeah but while doing the right-est thing at that moment :P A lot of people there just turn right but keep brakes full so they lock up and go straight

This rarely ends well. Usually this is an unintentional divebomb where the car overtaking rams the guys ahead. Other usual outcome is punting the guy infront. I would encourage you to do an avoiding manouver to the outside ‘cos the guy who forgot to brake is the only one commiting a mistake. Keeping other drivers safe is way more important than staying on track with a broken car. I commit this mistake quite often when doing a no qualy challenge, as back grid racers have a wide range of braking points that ususlly catch me off guard, so going out of track is the safest manouver and if you are faster, you will catch up again with a car 100% healthy

I agree. When I do no quali runs I usually sacrifice entry to get a better exit. Works better for me to just brake less but way earlier and having a crazy exit

I’ve done this multiple times before, and it’s worked. But not only do you have to pray that you’ll get the traction, you also have to hope that they car you are (accidentally) overtaking sees you coming down their inside. I’ve done this overtake several times but a sometimes the other car doesn’t see you coming down the inside and completely shuts the door.
