Is zillow a mystery to you people?? House prices are way too much and rent as well plus a shortage of houses to start with. You are going to pay $2000 a month for rent and that is a closet. I know a house $55,000 in 1996 now zillow says $300,000 plus..
The streets are potholes and streetlights are dim. Heavy traffic...

We want brand new this time so to stay on budget & get a the streamlined, low maintenance home we want manufactured. Any advice on that? I love that the mentality around manufactured has changed for the better 🫶🏻
