The writing on the wall is from George Orwell's novel Animal Farm - the animals take out the drunk farmer and start running the farm themselves. It's an allegory of the Russian revolution and Stalin's rise to power. This is a smart arse's video (in the best possible way).

Saw you in the premiere chat! Isn't this fantastic?! Animal Farm & Kubrick dystopian imagery everywhere. The beat is just propulsive and hypnotic. The whole thing is both sophisticated and primitive, and a FU to big govt, big corporations, and our society's greed. Ren is a beast, a hugely talented musician, a fabulous producer, and breakthrough conceptual artist (he conceives and directs his videos). IMO he's simply the best artist today.

believe that the writing on the wall at the intro was from the novel/fiction Animal Farm: the pigs take over the farm and set socialism rules...but then it devolves into tyranny and a dictatorship while the pigs enjoy all the benefits at the top. It's a consistent theme throughout the song regarding governance, and has call-backs to Money Game 1/2.
I've been theorizing for a while that the recurrent theme about pigs in government and capitalism is what the pig mask means in Ren's video - this one seems to enforce it with the Animal Farm reference.

I don’t think you’ve done any of his duets with Chinchilla, Ren X Chinchilla - Chalk Outlines (live) and Ren X Chinchilla - How To Be Me (live) - stunning and haunting and will give you goosebumps 🥹 Chinchilla’s gone completely indie also and recently dropped Little Girl Gone. I think you would like her feisty pop vibes and you’d definitely appreciate her production skills. Girl is 🔥🔥🔥

In addition i think the cane and white clothing may refer to clockwork orange.

This is such an intricate production (production, lyrics, visuals) all the way to the simplest snare hit and bass drop exactly 1 second apart referencing the tick tock of a clock "A Clockwork Orange" and his inspiration for the character in the video, Alex DeLarge and it all ties in to Animal Farm and Alex DeLarge's treatment while under state rehabilitation. This is just unreal how detailed it gets.

Throwing an idea out there…is it possible that in THIS video ‘Parliament’ is metaphorically referring to ‘music industry, maybe the record labels’ and the king he’d be replacing could maybe be Eminem or whomever he thinks is the previous era best rapper? That second part is the same imagery I had in illest of Our Time when he said “kill a king, take his crown”. Obviously not kill literally but metaphorically. Another reason I thought of Eminem was the Catholic reference in that song because Eminem was a Catholic in childhood.
Yes, I’ve seen Money Game 2 but I feel like he’s sliding us back and forth between literal and metaphorical. And in a way, the metaphorical (the cutthroat recording industry) is a microcosm of the larger view of the Rich and their greed and cannibalism of earth and society.
