Lars has nothing left to prove. Decades of touring. In his early days he left it all out there. I don't expect him to play Battery in 2016 like he did in 1989. The Lars bashing at this point is solely for cool points. Classic albums speak for themselves. Another sweet fucking cover btw. :)

SlimxWorm According to Fleming Rasmussen they got about 30 seconds of usable drum tracks in a days work when Metallica recorded Puppets. But I think it's time to stop the Lars bashing, he is responsible for more kids starting playing drums than Charlie Benante, Dave Lombardo and Nick Menza put together.
I mean, he seriously has so much room for improvement. Especially considering pretty much all of his peers are either as old as him or even older, and they drum 100x better. He doesn't have any excuse for being close to the skill level of Dave Lombardo or Gene Hoglan. He's just lazy. Lars was a big inspiration for me as far as playing music, but that doesn't mean I can't see now how lazy he really has become.
Everyone in Metallica has been phoning it in for decades.
Every time I watch one of your cover, even if I knew the song, I completely re-discover it because I can SEE the song being played. If it makes any sense... I hear stuff I didn't hear before. Good job, once again!
