- This is a PWM control circuit, it can work at 12V or 24V voltage. You can use it to adjust bulb brightness, adjust motor speed, up to 1000W. You can install it in your boat or electric car.

All my projects are free, I design them on EAGLE 6.0. I uploaded it to Google drive. You need to use a web browser to download the file and open the file with winrar software (extract) on the PC. Open schematic file (.SCH) and PCB file (.BRD) with EAGLE software.

2x4700uF/35V, 1x470uF/35V... and diodes are 1N4007 (reverse voltage = 1000VDC)...

no need to show the temperature..coz MOSFET's temperature ain't gonna make run your motor or whatever you gonna plug on it...
most certainly i will use it to make it run a 24V motor 202 AMPS 5 electric HP..
obviously testing what to upgrade in order to achieve 202 AMPS
You show the 1N4148 diodes as normal, but they are Zener diodes, so what is the reference of those diodes that you show in the video?

Hi am having some issues with my 555 inverter circuit I need your your help with I connected my pwm drive to the mosfet gate use a s805 bjt to spit the signal but the mosfet getting fire hot and and 1 burn up but each time I connected the positive to the power supply the mosfet get fully hot and there is no load the gate voltage is 9 volt so can the transformer be the issue why the mosfet getting too hot

There is no need to use an IC for this. Myself i use only two-transistor multivibrators, and they have two outputs. They are perfect for PWM control.

If you have to use light bulbs as current limiting resistors you h bridge is shit. I bet you have a couple of amps of shoot through right out the gate. Don't show us pwm signals meaningless anyone can build a pwm with a 555 timer. Show gate drive voltage and output drive current. I bet this rig wouldn't last 5 seconds without the light bulbs to current limit.
Why bother making a video if you're not going to talk? Pointing your finger doesn't tell us what you're doing.
