About All In The Family:
One of the most acclaimed comedy series of all time, All in the Family with Archie Bunker as the irascible, highly opinionated, working-class family man who viewed the world on his terms and his terms only. When not arguing with his liberal son-in-law, "Meathead," Archie took refuge in his long-suffering wife, Edith, who tries her best to understand Archie's conservative ways and outdated beliefs.

It still makes me laugh.Good comedy without swear words!
Are you kidding? Clearly you never watched it. This show had the most curse words by far in this time slot. Pushed the FCC rules and was highly controversial for all the cursing.
Good Ole Archie!!!! Love Edith she's the best!!!!
Edith’s memory is so much better than Archie’s.
Dang Archie’s got Edith trained! Haha
😂😂😂
Treated her like a dog. But that was the point of the show, to mock how dumb he was for being a bigot
I’m pretty sure Archie had girlfriends before he was married to Edith 😮
First! Thanks for these timeless clips.
Wait .... Was Edith his first girl? Hahahaha!!?? But is it possible Archie had some.... secrets!!??
🤔...serving in Europe..W.WII...??..oh yeah, am sure he was❄️pure...😆
Did you know anyone like Edith and Archie in real life?
Yes I definitely did. I'm 55 and remember quite a few like them lol
@robertw31968 I'm 60 and so do I remember. ORDER
Yes, traditional marriages were often like this. It was changing in the 1970s. Its why the Audience goes wild when Edith stands up ro the domineering bully. That stuff was rea, especially in that age group
My grandmother was a bit like Edith, but so was my grandfather.
Not at all. My mom was the queen of the home. My Dad did have some of Archie’s beliefs.
That wasn't as good as the other episodes but it was ok‼️😂😂😂😂😂
The sad part about this clip is Archie asking Edith, in order to get a false confession is exactly how the Japanese legal system works.
...as well as American men who still believe men should dominate women.
For anyone that grew up in New York, there were many many times when fathers husbands could relate to Archie Bunker my father, being one of them men were right women were submissive and you did not argue. Unless of course you were one of those feminist women OMG.
