- The second time he had to stop the show, it was in the beginning of Beauty and a Beat, which is why the video starts off with the audience singing it.
To all of the people coming on here and posting hate:
1. If you call anyone a derogatory name, I will delete your comment. The internet doesn't always hold people to appropriate human behavior, but I will. I get an email every time someone comments, so I will see it and I will delete it if you are rude to another person. Just be a nice person.
2. In regards to him "lipsyncing", educate yourself. Performers have back up tracks at every concert when their songs include dancing. It's at a lower volume than their mic, so you can still hear both, but in case they need it, it's there. However, if you search him or any other artist singing a song acoustically, you'll hear their actual voice exposed with no backup track. His songs at the concert were about half and half, and the acoustic songs were incredible. Beyond mentioning these facts, I don't really know what else to say to negative people except keep it to yourself. We're here to be positive. Thanks :) - Komedie

I don't particularly like him but that speech was fine, nothing what wrong with it. he was messing around with the crowd with the "do you love me?" and frankly, he handled it pretty well. the fact that he threw up onstage, wasn't his fault, he couldn't exactly leave the stage for a second because he was sick, he had to dance. he just couldn't hold it in any longer. he's human and he was sick and no one should hate him for this.
He is so adorable..finishing the show despite feeling sick..and his voice sounded like he is being very truthful..really too cute..feel like hugging him..love you Justin😍

it is sooooo sweet how much all of us beliebers love and respect Justin. he was so embaresed and he has a lot of balls to be able to finish the song like that. he wasn't feeling well at all! u can tell that Justin will always be a good person, no matter how much fame tries to get to his head. keep up the great work Justin!

Its not that they just screamed at what he said, its they screamed to say yes in a way to still loving him even though his throwing up all over the stage.
Almost every artist lip syncs....if you were dancing around and singing for 2 hours I am sure you would too or you songs would sound very out of breath and terrible....try jumping up and down for 10 minute singing a song...I am sure by the end of the 10 minutes it doesn't sound as good as it did at the beginning...now replace that 10 minutes with 2 hours....the acoustic songs and the parts where there is the least amount of movement is usually when a artist wont lip sync and use their actual voices. Just some insight for you haters ...it isn't just him it is most, and at least he apologized for getting sick, that must have been embarrassing for him and he really didn't owe them an apology at all. Puking is a part of life.....deal with it.
