Make the picks. What they need are young, hungry role players that have the potential to grow and improve.
If we can somehow come away with any mixture of Ryan Dunn/Ron Holland, Tyler Kolek/Zach Edey or Ryan Dunn and Tyler Kolek I’d be excited. I think we need to make the picks. No trade will get us cost effective talent that fits anyways so lets ease the books by draft 2 players than can provide cheap depth and play to our style.

Dunn is CAA, from NY, and AAU Team: New York Jayhawks (NY). Dude is getting drafted by us. Will kill it on defense from day one.. we don’t need to rush his 3pt shot. He will learn like Hart and Deuce. Only 21 no need to rush him. He will be our next great defender for 12 years. Building block for Knicks dynasty
If the Knicks were smart they'd draft Edey late 1st , and let Hartenstein walk. You dont wanna overpay for that kinda player. Edey could easily be more productive.. .. you might just need to ease him into the starting lineup slowly....gradually.

The Knicks need tall wing players, or we'll keep facing the same issue every season, losing because we lack height at the small forward or power forward position. If the team can consider trading down in the draft, the player with the most potential who fits the profile of a Thibs player is Ron Holland. He could be trained by the team to lead the second unit and potentially become our starting shooting guard in the future, being an offensive beast. Another player to consider is Johnny Furphy, a 6'8 shooting guard, another project who could be developed on the bench. Since we'll likely be in the second round, why not aim for future prospects who could be contributing to the franchise in two seasons?"

I would sign for Edey and Dunn right now? Is he only 6'6? I thought closer to 6'8?
6'6.25 in stocking feet..6'8" in sneaks ..he plays with sneaks go with higher.
The best pick is Kel'el Ware from Indiana. You are sleeping on the best and then Ryan Young. 24,25

As a Syracuse fan who watched a lot of Girard, he's an undersized, unathletic guard with elite long-distance shooting. His ball-handling is average, his play-making is average and his defense is below average. I think he'd struggle to finish at the rim against bigger, stronger opponents in the NBA, which would limit his offense to middies and threes. I think he's a strong college player that just doesn't have what it takes to carry his success in college to the NBA. No hate meant to Joe, but strong pass.
A 161 games in college is crazy, nobody with pro potential stays in college that long

If we can move up and get a prospect we REALLY like I’m all for it. At the end of the day we need depth. And if there’s not a superstar available for a decent price I say don’t fuck up team chemistry and build on what we have next year
U . Trade up from 24,25 . I would trade both picks for where ever I can land Kel’el Ware . Then I look at Drafting maybe Adem Bona . I can see Bona Being a solid 4-5 option , Ware Reminds me of Myles Turner/Hassan Whiteside . And Bona Reminds me of Bam Adeybayo/Clint Capela. I can see Bona Becoming a solid Perimeter defender .Bona would be a good replacement if we can’t keep Precious Achiuwa

If these are who the Knicks are working out it's clear they are trading the 24 & 25 picks and don't intend on being in the first round. I'm looking for them to include those picks in a trade for an immediate impact player. possibly with Bogie and others. The almost have to at this point.

Dunn offensive game is going to the basket and he has a handle and a fadeaway turn around jumpshot. Very athletic, will dunk on a player. Only 21 will get better
