I would suggest applying the blooming gel and add the color without marbling it yourself. Just place the color where you want and let it spread and marble in its own with no manipulation ❤
That is best but also micromanaging it is so much more compelling 🤣

Although I really love the nail, I don’t think you’re supposed to make so many lines yourself. I think the uniqueness of marbling comes from simple strokes and letting the blooming gel do 90% of the work.
They came out super cute, but it doesn’t feel like marble. Feels more like a water color vibe.
I absolutely love the beetles set. It’s like something I’d expect to see in a fairy forest.
If green marble existed, I'd be redoing my kitchen ASAP lol.

It does! I live in Italy and I know that in a city in Tuscany called Prato you can find this type of dark green marble that you can see in many churches in Tuscany(eg duomo of Florence)

check out compagnies who are specialize in quartz counters, they can make imitation of anything ang even make it more subtile. the bad thing about real marble it that water on it will stain it... so quartz is 100% safe with water anc more affordable! @@hal_jordan2814
I always like adding white and black to my marble sets and that way there is some contrast. Those stiletto nails look so good on you!

I'm gonna say I don't use gel polish so I don't quite understand what exactly blooming gel is supposed to look like but I think the beetles kit was so much better than the other one, am I crazy?? I think the spreading was much smoother and prettier and also I prefer the colours of that kit tbh hahah
i've seen a few videos here and there, and tbh, i didnt really like either of them aha BUT i do think the beetles one applied a little better. the second one looked more streaky? idk

@@luvrere5962I have the beetles one and it actually works amazingly well. No strong odors, easy to work with. The 170 set had thin blooming gel same as beetles? They both bled as pretty much every blooming gel does. The biggest difference in the kits is the beetles set sent regular gel polish and the 170 sent basically jelly gel polish. I have regular and jelly, jelly almost always looks better for bright colors in blooming gel. So less a question of better or worse and more a question of what is your end goal, color wise.
The red from the second kit could totally be used to make wound/ scratched nails for Halloween

I’m sorry if this comes out “wrong” as I normally don’t comment on people’s appearances. I’m not sure if it’s your skin, your hair, you’re makeup I’m not sure. But you look absolutely stunning and glowing in this video. You always look wonderful, but there is a particular glow to you here. I hope this reads as the compliment I mean it to be. 😊
Ok, hear me out...the spiral nail makes me think of a starfish, like a brittle sea star! I think you could use this blooming gel to do a really cool sea life set, like can you imagine an octopus?! Love it!!🐙
I love the dimension you got from doing multiple layers, especially on the first set. The second set is gorgeous but it also kinda looks like you got all stabby on somebody with a candy cane. 😂 Amazing work as always!

I love the dvok gel set! I know it’s expensive but I recently developed an allergy to hema so I really appreciate that the dvok set is Hema free haha 😊 you also don’t need to buy the entire set, you can buy the blooming gel and individual colors from sweetie nail supply 🥰

Ok, I'm very intrigued. I don't think I've ever seen a product work quite like that, where you can see the color trails and depth after blooming. I absolutely love my blooming gel from Wildflowers, but this stuff might be fun to try!

Remember when all of us were obsessed with eyeshadow palettes in 2015 and brands would release one after the other and we would all buy them? This reminds me of that. DVOK also came out with a december glitter series and honestly I think I have the same glitters from GlitterPlanet I can just dab on the nail in layers. It's the packaging that's beautiful but I feel like I'm getting overwhelmed with the amount of barely different color collections. I have a bunch of korean gels that have gone bad because I've bought too many collections and I can't use every color.. It's like the makeup palettes all over again, but now with nails. Don't get me wrong, we aren't forced to buy them but wow it sure is tempting!!

Thank you for another amazing video! I love the dvok set! I think though you just need to let the dvok gels do their thing! If you add one or two lines, let it bloom and do its job hehe but your creativity is amazing!

Everyone loves beetles but be careful everyone ❤ cuz their hema levels are THROUGH THE ROOF so the allergy risk is much higher with that brand. It's like that with alot of cheap gels..but it's worth noting. Be careful and as a nail tech I would only use on myself, never clients.

Or even low levels can cause it in people sensitive or who already have the allergy. But anyone can develop the sensitivity, no matter what. Alot of higher end brands are hema free, or have much lower levels.

I loved both sets, but I think the expensive kit did a better job. I am also loving the creepy Christmas vibes and would love to see the dark ombre tips in like black and grey and make it look smokey! The charms you made are so cute! 😍 stunning! I haven’t used the gel’s before but if you are having any problems with adhesion and application definitely try using basecoat. It’s tempting to skip but really makes a difference. Love your videos always brighten my day 💕💕💕

Oooo I can see the 170 being able to make lighting bolts. Also, have you ever tried encapsulating living things like leaves, twigs, flowers, plants, blades of grass etc.? Would they even survive?
What does "tapered" stilettos mean? I always had nornal stilettos, never heard of tapered.
