@@TheRubysmom I was about to give up and toss it, but there was some problem with the phone not communicating with the watch, so I deleted the App and started over and it worked

Gently remove one part of the strap from the smartwatch. And it will show the USB connector. Connect this connector to a plug or computer and it will start charging.

How do you set the time on this watch I can get to the more option and then click on it and I go to location I click on that to activate my Bluetooth but my phone does not pick it up and I'm unable to fix the time or get anything working on this watch it is a complete pain in the ass and I feel like I wasted my money on this thing please get back to me
Connect to the application on your phone and the time will be set automatically.
Time and date will come on when watch is bounded to phone. It took me a long time to achieve so, had to upload and erase YAHO sport a few times.

My band not connecting bad product
Open the application and connect bluetooth from the application, not from the phone.Turn on bluetooth and GPS on the phone before pairing the watch with the phone. If that doesn't work, reset the phone and try again.
