If I had a penny every time GullYY made a lumber hut in a lvl 3 forge spot, I'd have two pennies, which isn't a lot but it's weird it happened twice

He has taken city wall before but park. No. If it was perfection then parks would be useful
@CJKV parks get you 250 points. In glory mode you need 10,000 points to win so getting park is actually better than giant since even with one city you can get 10,000 points faster than trying to takeover another city with a giant. City wall gives x4 defense to a unit that can be fortified in a city. Usually you don’t pick this due to resources being better but in choke points they can be a pain to deal with

Lol I was playing on a 5 minute time limit, kinda thrashing the guy. Then I got a phone call and my time ticked down to 1 minute left, so I quickly rejoined the game. In the MIDDLE. OF. MY TURN, this rando kicks me and claims victory cuz my time ran out as I was about to finish my move lol. The salt of some players

i know it's not optimal, but I've been playing zebasi smithery rush since I got the DLC tribes in this game (before elyrion was added) and it's still my favorite strategy in the whole game.

Its kInd of crummy when an opponent just hangs, instead of resigning or playing it through - but it was really over anyway.

Just for future reference, phonetically it’s pronounced “Shin Shi.” It’s based on Mandarin Chinese pinyin, just letting you know 👍

I’m also mandarin and I think it’s should be pronounced like this, but apparently the official polytiopan pronunciation of Xin-Xi is chin chi. Then again Xin-Xi isn’t directly based off of china but rather just east Asia in general. Hope I was helpful

Imho a simple fair buff to vengir is to make one resource pretty decent spawn rates for him like mountains with ore spawn more than they do currently. But not to the level of other tribes. Another nice buff would be stronger super units equivalent to how his swordsmen are stronger than the average one. Maybe 1 extra attack

Xin hi are my favorite start but no doubt they are weaker than alot of the other tribes. I like the idea of there riders being buffed by like 1 defence or 5 HP. All the races who can't start at capital level two should have something to compensate. The yaddak are still really rtong cos they have something to compensate, quick expansion. The cyanti have aggression to compensate. The Polaris has a whole different play style to compensate.

Why is this guy spotting so much further than I can? I’m on mobile, and for swordsman, you need to bring them right up to the clouds to spot just one small section

I think it could be bc swordsman is stronger unit and gives more score or smth
when he moved the warrior instead of capturing the city at 3:35 it hurt my soul. Missing out on free stars and resource denial at the same time. The warrior will die no matter what.
No that's not how it works.
1, He wouldn't get any stars out of it bc he would siege
2, he wouldn't lose any potential stars bc he didn't even have the city
3, his tech price would go up without reason for 2 turns bc he would end up losing the city anyways so no pay off
4, vision is essential for strategic planning
Nvm i just see he could chop the trees...
But that would also decrease the use of the city if he would end up getting it so the scorching tactic would bite him back. And looking at the footage not making the city useless was the best play. Vengir ended up hurting himself more by increasing the tech price. And any investment into the city never paid back.
Ye just reviewed the footage again... He lvled the city, those stars he never made back from that city
@@Mastercraft-ym9by vengir had the opportunity to use the tactic after he captured so no matter what happens the city will have no trees (assuming vengir makes the right play), so it only makes sense to give yourself the resources instead of giving them to vengir. It also gives you a setup for T8 giant, allowing you to get a huge eco and military boost much faster and setting up smithery giant spam.
