    Hello madam, I am following the treatment methods mentioned by you. I am doing exercises from your app and also doing physical exercises and I am seeing real time changes in myself. It has been almost 15 days since I am doing this and if I talk percentage wise, then out of 100, I am feeling 30% change in myself. So madam, I want to ask that how much time will it take for me to become 90 to 100% completely cured because in these 15 to 20 days, I feel 25 to 30% that I am getting better than before. So please give me some idea.

    मैडम मैं पिछले 9 ,10 साल से परेशान हूं बहुत रोती हूं डिप्रेशन की दवाई खा चुकी हूं लेकिन ठीक नही हुईं मुझे तनाव, चिंता, घबराहट, सारे शरीर में बैचैनी रहती है नींद नही आती, इस वजह से ना तो खाना खा पाती सही से यहां तक की पानी पीने में भी घबराहट होती है ,चिड़चिड़ा दिमाग रहता है हमेशा, खुश नही रहती बिल्कुल भी चीख कर रोती हूं अकेले में ये सोचकर की कोई मुझे प्यार क्यूं नही करता मैने ऐसे कौनसे गलत कर्म किए हैं जिनका फल मिल रहा है मुझे, कभी कभी सोचती हूं मर जाऊं, मैडम जी रिप्लाई जरूर करना है

    mam mane teaching course kiya hua hai aur mein aage bhi acchi education le raha hu meri age 26 hai aur mere pass naukri nahi hai gharwalon ke taanon se pareshaan ho chuka hu kabhi kabhi man karta hai ki sucide kar lu koi mujhe nahi samjhta mein bahut depresson mein hu kya karu 😢😢
