- Moscow on Monday said it that it could launch strikes at British military targets inside Ukraine and elsewhere if Kyiv's forces used British-supplied long-range missiles to strike Russia. The statement issued by the Russian foreign ministry came after British Foreign Secretary David Cameron said during a visit to Ukraine that Kyiv "absolutely has the right to strike back at Russia". France 24's International affairs editor Angela Diffley decrypts the situation.

I think it is not only appropriate, but rather urgently necessary to make the UK understand that their "cover" operation against Russia will not be allowed without response in equal terms or harsher, whichever comes first, and depending on the situation. I know I would respond in such a manner if I know who is attacking me and hiding behind a wall like the UK is pretending.

Putin could carry out a nuclear test in international waters alongside France and the United Kingdom as they use international waters to monitor targets and help Ukraine attack inside Russia. Meanwhile in Ukraine, they are fighting an artillery war without artillery, the casualties are huge, perhaps more than 1 million dead, all this to please the USA.
