One tip for interior tours is to leave your HUD on. It's much easier to stay oriented if you can see the compass since it shows forward and therefore which way you're facing.

I found out that every time a build something new or add a new mod fully quit the game and started again to avoid crashes…even before I test fly them, good luck!
