Sadly Maureen McGovern made public in August she was dealing with a form of dementia/Alzheimer's and would be retiring from singing.
That's such awful news. She's so talented
May God have mercy and help herđđŒ
That's so sad đ Such a voice.
How awful for her. Iâve always loved Maureen. Iâve seen her in concert and even met and spoke with her after her performance. She never got the recognition she should have for her talent.
Had the honor of singing with and briefly meeting her. Absolutely lovely gracious soul.
This video is a real wow generator. I love the polyphonic and overtone singing. It has such an eerie sound. I like the "Try Not To Say" format, too. Nice video, Tara!
It's a good title but terrible for search engine optimisation
It's Great !đâ
For Tim Storms, he has the Guinness World Record for "lowest note produced by a human" (as well as the "widest vocal range"), so he actually has the lowest voice in the world.
For Battista, the "siren singing" girl, the middle-eastern vibes are a stylistic choice, because she was singing a psalm on her blind audition on The Voice in France.
*had* the lowest voice at the time of measurement as known by Guinness. Important difference.
AVIII IS AMAZING AND HANDSOME đđđ
Tara let me tell ya that there's a performance duet from Dimash and Tengger (a great Mongolian singer), where the band backing vocalist do Mongolian throat singing. It sound great.. the song is called "Swan goose".
I haven't heard this duet so I'll look it up, but absolutely any Dimash performance is the Wowiest. đ
The difference between polyphonic singing and overtone singing is that the former is formed by two (or three) fundamental notes, whereas the latter contains one fundamental and an overtone (or a subharmonic). In overtone singing, you can move both the fundamental and the overtone and, in the polyphonic one, you can actually move nothing; the difference between the two is the number of fundamentals you use.
All singers Amazzzing !âŁâ€âŁ! Since I more exploring throat singing, overtones etc..., Wow! Avi Kaplan Wonderful !đđâ!
Avi! đ
Where are Mariah's polyphonic whistles??? đđđđâ€đŠ
This!! She has done it.
@@RegisRodriguez what's the name of that song
@@mohamedsanymahmed3031 itâs Bye Bye
I think it's the song is Infinity
@@hughw2377 no it's never too far
I absolutely loved this! Great video Tara! You're looking stunning! God bless you.
i would love to see more content like this it's so fun and you explain everything really well :) loved it
I watch this video before, and Iâve seen it a few times over the years but it was cool hearing your take on it!
I love that youÂŽre reacting to his videos , he has so much more to see, i enjoyed this #WOWChallenge. I NEED MORE
Avi sounds like the Angels of Heaven
The girls from the voice (France) is Battista Acquaviva from Corse. Her performance was incredible !!
Please react to Tim Storms - Lonesome Road, he sings far lower than Geoff or any other more prominent bass singer of the acapella scene can go with a solid chest/chest fry! đ
Godbless....
Great Video! Thanks for all the insight. đ€©
Tim Storms sings for Whales! Only they can judge if it's tuneful! I love how you explain the techniques so well!!
That was a fun video đ I hope to see more
Mariah is insane
Love the new set
This video was really cool, I've watched the alien voices video before. There's a really cool part 2 that I hope you'll react to as well.
Wow these people are amazing
It's really fun to see you as surprised as we are, btw you killed that whistle noteđ„
Wow so glad I found your channel. Ur explanations are so great for someone who loves signing and signing type stuff but never gets the âproper/technical â terms (doesnât help I never learnt how to read music either lol/& itâs not physically possible for me cause neurological stuff anymore) but still thanks for all the amazing explanations and being so in-depth too when needed. Also the physical showing of examples is hugely helpful too!
I saw avi and immediately clicked
There are many awesome singing compilations from that channel that you reacted to. Perhaps you can react to the others in the future.
I think you'd be blown away by Gracie Lawrence in the acoustic version of "Don't Lose Sight" by the band Lawrence! I would love to see you react to that song!
Great video!
The first lady did the polyphonic sound, sounded like the train sound. That's cool.
That first video was crazy! I've never seen that before. I don't think I'd want to see a concert of it, but just to toss it out to make everyone freak? Yeah, that'll do it.
i love this type of content
Omg your actually pritty good at singing high notes my lady. Like Professionally
Check "El Pastor" from Arturo Vargas. What we in MĂ©xico call "falsete" singing. Thats not that intense quick/fast as the Dutch singing, but it is something amazing too. That will grant a .5 "WOW" at least! hehehe
The Avi Kaplan bit reminds me of Mongolian throat singing.
I have this vid in my (YT's) favourites called 'Altai throat singing', of a Russian-Mongolian looking duo that make pretty unique sounds\songs.
Edit:
You should give 'Luc Arbogast' a try, he has a unique male voice, high wow factor.
Hi there ... this reaction video was WOOO... I didn't say wow... lol... Cheers... stay safe....
That was a blast. REACT TO TIM WAURICK ALREADY!
Good heavens, I couldn't even watch the whole video of you reacting to Tatiana lol... way too scary and unnerving! But yeah, these people are so talented!!
You did a lot better job than I expected, I know being a vocal coach it must be difficult to not say wow when you hear fantastic performers
After seeing a beat boxer sing and beatbox using polyphonics and having technicians slowed down the recording and counted FIVE notes sang at one time, and his control over The pitches, nothing else I don't think will ever Top That.
I can't stop myself from laughing đ
This is do much funđŻ
Please Make More Try not to say Wow challenge Tara Simon please đ„șđđ»
I loved this. (subbed)
Good concept
Tara next time when you get a chance please react to the harp from the mask singer singing I Have Nothing by Whitney Houston please and thank youđđđ
Yeah, I lost too. Several wows from me as well.
Kelly Clarkson also can sing Overtone notes very well
Tara might have said "Wow" 3.5 times while I just had my jaw on the floor the whole video XD I'm too astonished to say anything.
Mariah was saying Never Too Far
Love the "WOW" challenge!!! LOL
Just wondering if you heard that PTX released the new album and a video for in my opinion one of their top new songs, "Prayers for this World " love to hear your thoughts and reaction to it.
actually what the Avi showed in the fourth clip is called ćŒéșŠ in Chinese. it is a real magical singing way almost exclusive to one of the enthnic groups.
I loved that it was way fun I let my mom hear it she wowed so much it was funny she said the one that sounded like metal sounded like the devil I just laughed this was fun You looked and sounded like fire đ„
Mariah đđ
Very funny challenge, hahaha!! đ€Łđ€Ł
I was hoping for Yma Sumac's "Chuncho". It would be a hard challenge right from the start until the very end. Another suggestion is Homayoun Shajarian's song "Ba Man Sanama". Maybe next time... đ
I donât even sing anymore and I still watch your videos
Can you react to the second part of this compilation?
FUN to watch you try to contain a "WOW".
For Whistle notes , you need to check out "Baptista Aquavita - psalm of David, the voice France". She was crazy !
Owen Wilson: _Wow_
This was a lot of fun
Hahahaha. You're funny! â€đ¶đ
There is a little girl whoâs 10 her name is Harper she has covered and performed Holy Roller with Courtney LaPlant from Spiritbox.
Harper has also released her own sing Falling. She is worth listening to.
You're amazing Tara Simon Studios, can you please react to anthem lights bandđ
Please react to Anthem Lights! They're really good!
Please react to Tim Storms singing The lonesome road. Will blow your mind
This camera quality, though! You look great!
but did you see her shirt... something freaky going on there
@@drmorcoch9338 It says âI donât need you I have Wi-Fiâ. My hair was covering it lol
@@Tarasimonstudios thanks for the clarification
@@Tarasimonstudios I like your new hairstyle
I heard that.. the first wow. Yes that did count.. and you said it.. lol
The best in YODEL is FRANZ LANG
The best in POLYPHONIC is ANNA MARIA HAFELE
The best in WHISTLE is GEORGIA BROWN
Polyphonic singing and overtone singing sound like those Tibetan or Mongolian thoat singing.
What's your thoughts on AGT All Stars. Hoping DANELIYA TULESHOVA is on the show and hope she wins.
2:05 girl where đ
you deaf then?
Omg you need to react to harper from america's got talent
I can do overtone, no luck with polyphonics yet
â€â€â€
Tim storms has some songs with ĐŒ with some group and he really can sing these notes and it's crazy
if you think geoff has a wild deep voice, you should check out Eric Holloway his lows are scary. He does all his singing in chest, so no growls or subharmonics. a good video to see him in is Hoist the Colors| bass singers of tiktok(by Bobby Bass)
Are you stating not to say the word "wow" or the "w" sound? Is this too much stress on the vocal cords, larynx, or does it close up when we are trying too sing? I am trying to find a way for myself when it comes to singing much better.
Check out Citizen Soldier
1:00 there are some beatboxers out there that will blow your mind
I said 'Wow' far too much listening to this! Have you ever listened to Roger Taylor, the drummer with Queen using his falsetto? Check out 'In the Lap of The Gods' - those screams are all him!
IT WAS 5 AM HERE, AS SOON AS I WAKE UP. I GOT THE NOTIFICATIONđ€Łđ€Ł
Tara - How bout a review of âMount Paran Church Atlanta - Midnight Cryâ (August 2020).
Thatâs funny. I sang in that choir!
The only reason the guy at 3:19 seems to be the odd one on this list, is because of the lack of context added. From what I have understood, he casually dropped to the minus ninth octave there. A frequency which falls outside the range of what a human ear can process. It can be measured with a special vocal tuner though đ
Jim, though incredible and I really love his musical capabilities, Does not touch Tim Storm's lowest notes. And Yes, I was able to hear even the lowest notes he was singing in this video. I have pretty impressive hearing. He was easily down in the double digit hertz. You should check out Tim Storm sings Lonesome Road.
Regine what a fool am i please make a reaction for this if I'm lucky enough to be noticed the performance is legendary
So finally, what don't you need and what do you have, Tara? đ
I said WOW 7 times!!! I think I lost lol đđđ
You forgo Diana Ankudinova in your list. Please react to Can't help falling in love.
Please react to Celine Dion yodeling and other songs of hers as well.
Could you react to Guy Sebastian? Heâs amazing live.
Watch some of the other Tim Storms stuf. Yes...he can actually sing down there.
omg is the same as wow
had to turn me speakers up for the low notes lol
Tara!! You are so beautiful and funny! Love watching your video's. Just wondering, and I'm sure you can but....can you yodel?
Ha! Should've watched the video till the end first.
Try Piet Arion - SOS.
You should react to some beatbox ;))
Hello Tara you should take a look to the performance of Ekaterina Shelehova in Italia got Talent, even if you don't react on your CZcams channel, I think you'e gonna like it
Avi is singing a note and the whistle note is The Lion Sleeps tonight.
