The beauty is judged based off the beauty standards in their country, not the American beauty standard which explains why you probable didn't find some that pretty.
Well, not only is there only one black woman, but the representation of countries in general is really shitty. There's 197 countries on earth, and only 37 countries are represented here.
Not to mention that the representations are 16 of South Korea, 15 of USA, 9 of India, 8 of UK, 7 of Turkey, 5 of Thailand, 5 of China, 5 of Australia and 5 of Philippines....
Then there's 28 other countries that are represented 4 to 1 time.
So yeah, 160 countries that aren't represented at all...
