what was the procedure to get the door ding blockers off? im trynna take mine off but i wanna do it your way cause it looks clean and it looks like it worked

We heated them up a bit with a heat gun, then used a plastic scraper to pry it up. Once you get it started, you can easily rip the whole thing off.
