Brittsster the media favors people who are rich, have done something really stupid, or both. Otherwise you'll go unnoticed. Did you know people pay radio stations to play their music most of the time. That's why rusty and other great artists will go unheard to many. But the fact that they don't commercialize themselves is what makes them so much better.

@@ragedizzetboi9568 its a funeral involving vultures because the ground is too rocky and is frozen solid in Tibet. Its practiced by 80% of the population today there, the other 20% is cremation. Both are viewed as normal in their culture, including cutting up the dead bodies and crushing the bones into powder and feeding them to the vultures. Its not a song about cannibalism or murder, everything he is saying is completely normal and is a pretty cool view into their culture.

I know its an older piece at this point but i love the cinematography on this one. If you put it together as a storyboard it can mean a couple of things, but my favorite take of this that i thought of is a kid being traumatized by this bizarre village method. Almost as if our main character is pulling the kid around, especially with the line of "This is what will happen to you when you will die" and "Close your eyes, It'll be okay." Or perhaps the main character is the traumatized child recalling the events. Such an underrated piece by the video alone, although I'm less familiar with music, it is quite catchy.

It’s about village people cutting up dead bodies and feeding them to vultures which is actually real and it’s called Tibetan sky burial
This is the peak of good content. I've not found anything else on youtube that I like more than a song about dead bodies and waxy substances, which is sort of frightening but I love it all the same. Well done.

Your music is his new favorite, and he's started practicing knife tricks with this mock butterfly knife he convinced his dad to buy him haha! He's actually getting pretty good! Well it makes sense he feels connected to your music, I did name him Grim after all. I'm going to surprise him with a t-shirt, and a hoodie soon!
@@LucaDavid855 Well I call him a little boy, because he's my little boy, but he's 11. So he's little, but not little little. His dad and I try to support his freedom of expression, his creativity, and his choices in music and clothing (within reason of course.) We like to allow him the room to explore himself as he grows into an independent young man. For instance he's sporting a cotton candy pink mohawk at the moment haha! Luckily he goes to a private art school, so he can get away with testing the waters. But I'm actually really proud of the fact that he's not drawn to all that Mainstream garbage music like so many of the other kids his age like. He recently started listening to Tom Waits, Joy Division, and even John Denver! He's always surprising me! I've loved every age, but this is an especially fun time to be his mom, and getting to watch him become his own person... Although I do miss those cuddley little toddler days to.
I understand the concern about the knife, but he uses a prop knife with the "blade" completely rounded off and dull. I couldn't even cut off a slice of bread with it. It'll be quite some time before gets his hands on an actual knife haha!
Thank you for the compliment on his name btw! My grandmother whom I was incredibly close to, read me Brothers Grimm's fairy tales when I was little. That was the inspiration for naming him Grim. (Although these days my son like to say it's after the Grim Reaper! Haha!)
