The Kveik IPA hits you with a strong citrus profile backed up by tropical notes and an intense bitterness.
One of the most interesting elements of the brew is the yeast itself which is capable of fermenting at high temperature without the associated off-flavours. The yeast won't blink an eye between 20-30 degrees celcius and is optimaly between 30-40 degrees celcius making it an interesting yeast to use. It's also a fast fermenting yeast.
We call these two minute review but I haven't had one at the two minute mark yet. And this one crept up to nearly four minutes. But its still short and punchy!
