I got a question, does having a forward head posture give you a lower centre of gravity?

“Do you know why Erling Haaland runs like an ostrich?”
“Because that’s how he runs”
No
exactly he runs like this because it gives him an advantage

Why does he run like this as an adult?
Because
He ran like this as a kid.

And 85k losers liked this video!? 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Yeah that didnt
He runs that way because earlier in his life he ran that way. Insightful!
Doesn't explain anything 😂
"Mimicking the posture of a giant bird why?"
Because
he is da biggest bird 🔥💯🐧
Next video - wanna know why raheem sterling runs like a t-rex
Because he's gay
That there Matty is why I love reading the comments.
😂
Loooool
@@AmazonRainforest715damn😂
When he’s running, haaland’s shoulder is as much down as sterling’s ass is up
Imagine him running straight at you
That would be the most intimidating thing I’ve ever seen
CBs got such a hard job 😂

@@isitwasit8756 Haaland weights 95kg, if he runs with 36km/h against anyone in this world, that guy gets seriously hurt.
Isn’t Harland like 6’5??
@@tabbwrld 6 foot 4/ 1,95cm
He is tall and needs speed, so
Haaland wearing a Flamengo Jersey 😝🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Bro haaland is literally
I'm da biggest bird I'm da biggest bird

😐
This video: “want to know why Holland runs the way he does? Wel it’s because he just does cause it works”. Oh ok thanks for that info 🤡
What was the point In this video 😂😂
Now do why Sterling runs like a T-Rex
😅😅 fr fr
That’s not a reason. “Gave him an edge” okay how so
Bro took the video seriously as if he is a teacher
They just wanted to make a troll video
Well I will say that he is using the forward momentum which the gravity gives him by running like this. Running in such a way will make him faster
The perfect way to run fast is showed by the 100m record holder. Haalands way of running is either suboptimal or it doesn‘t affect his performance or the 100m sprinter would do the same.
@@PascalLuchs yes sure for a straight sprint. But how often do soccer players have a straight sprint? Most players run similarly. Shorter and wider strides compared to long narrow strides. With how many players try to hang onto him, its not surprising.
@@zamykcaa we‘re talking about sprint speed here. High sprint speed is normally reached in a more or less straight line. Further, haaland is not a very agile player that turns fast so that‘s also out of discussion. I think he is just fast and happens to run like that. If he ran perfectly he would be a sprinter and not a footballer probably
@@PascalLuchsyou’re being too big-brain to understand that this zamy commentor is drawing the distinction of “soccer-sprinting” versus sprinting for time’s sake.
My two cents: this persons form comes from the focal point during competition being the ball, and a long lanky build that produces speed but lack overall muscle to support his body using proper biomechanics.
Is cuz he is authistic. Now you can skip the video.
Bro you can’t even spell “autistic” I don’t think you can comment
What?😂
He looks normal as a kid but like a gargantuoid as a grown up lol
That running style actually looks cool😅
If I saw someone running towards me like this I will always see it as predator danger🤣🤣🤣
“Do you know why does he run the way he does? It’s because he’s ran the way he ran.” Thanks bossman
Dude never saw an ostrich in his life 😂
I think it makes the defenders harder to grab his shoulder because it moves so strongly
Thanks for the no new info 👍🏻
plot twist: he is an ostrich.
Imagine being a goalkeeper and seeing Haaland ahead of your teams defence running at you like this 💀
Most of tall people run in unique way..i can agree😂😂
Note that he keeps his arms almost straight, así if no elbows, rooting his hands on his shoulders. That must also help in keeping defenders at bay while sprinting.
Aerodynamics*
Why do some people have to analyze everything?.Maybe he’s just a great player.
Not CZcams being a disabled bird and saying there’s 0 comments
That happens to me to
Deal with it
Everybody runs like that! Arms out, head down!
if it looks stupid & it works, it’s not stupid.
Just imagine, if he was into anime as a kid we could have had a footballer doing the naruto run.
So basically he's born different👍
I thought the narrator was gonna say … after Keane broke his dads leg the only thing that would have sex with him was an ostrich
Looooool u sick one arent you
You actually get more speed if you keep upright and level shoulders but that's in track sprinting, bit different in football because you have players barging into you and stuff
Overtime such posture is going to hurt his joints and back especially when atheletes require so much training and wear and tear.
Simple answer, aerodynamics.
I thought it was ganna be a deep dive and all I got was “because”
Bro has that DCEU flash running💀
"I am the biggest bird"-probobly erling halland
But the real question is
Why does an ostrich run like Haaland?
Haaland got that ostrich in him
Thing is, when ostriches run, they usually have their necks outstretched
Now you can add Haaland to my fear of ostriches chasing me in. My dreams
I am the da biggest bird
I am the da biggest bird
Be careful dude. You might be hunted down by Haaland "the Angry bird"
Exactly my running method
That’s how you create momentum you start low and then transition into the proper running style
Haland response: eh why not?
He had a hero and that’s how he runs
he hunches his head down to reduce air resistance making a more streamlined shape out of his body, its a very logical thing to do.
Bro even made a ostrich face 😂
glad i wasn’t the only one noticing he runs weird but very effective
If you ever feel pointless just remember this video exists
He’s most likely keeping his head low and shoulders forward to keep his body over the top of the ball. That way his shots aren’t going high, the further you lean back the higher the shot will go.
Your right Yes it has advantages running like that.
1. As a tall person you need to lower your centre of gravity.
2. When your taking off you need maximum acceleration just like when sprinters take off.
I’m a football fitness coach
I started copying him and it works. I now run like this and it's really comfortable and makes me feel stronger.
When you hunch while shooting the ball will not raise as high, which means you can kick it harder without it going over the goal.
It actually makes sprinting up and down the pitch easier and less draining. Mbappe does it but without the hunch
Bro i have been training his running style and it has a big impact on my running now i am able to run a minute faster. Salute ma brother
His mum was a professional runner. I can guarantee she has something to do with it
I'm half convinced haaland is a alien 💀
The head down and arms to the side sacrifices speed but gets you balance, it helps him stay on his feet while running, but if he raised his head and moved his arms more narrowly, he'd probably run faster.
he’s a tall guy so hunching might actually help him lower his centre of gravity making him more stable
Mind shattering information. Truly unbelievable. Keep up the good work 💯
I really thought he was gonna say “because he’s the biggest bird”😭😭
Write that down write that down
Well I'm getting into his ostrich run😂😂😂😂
The information in this video is excellent
Hes a monster!
Or maybe he’s just too tall and it naturally happens😂
Bro straight up to the point and roasted him 💀💀
He's developing a hunchback. Good luck with that quazi modo🤣🤣🤣
Ostrich actually has its head up 😂
Number 1: Ostriches do not run like that
Number 2: Running like that offers no advantage in running
Yes it has advantages running like that.
1. As a tall person you need to lower your centre of gravity.
2. When your taking off you need maximum acceleration just like when sprinters take off.

@@yawampeh9189 no Olympic sprinter runs like that. They lower their heads when they take off but straighten to maximize their strides. You cannot have long strides when your head is bent over your head.
He just runs wierd just like how Raheem Sterling runs wierd. It has no advantage.
It’s so he throws his arms around making him seem bigger so he gets that slight edge when defenders chase him down
Smart move 😊
Its really working when he move his hands he can control the air😅
This man is next monster of European football.
My running form too💀I guess I’m an ostrich now💀💀💀
If anything his body is always set to strike the ball low and hard, if you watch him he rarely has to reset his body or break stride when he shoots
I remember the race in some anime where they run like haaland in the image with his head down
Imma steal this running technique
It’s to keep his head over the ball to keep it down when he hits it as hard as he does so he’s already in position. And probably for speed also
Bro sprits towards a Valhalla every time he runs
Haaland why you run like that? - Eehm why not?
Defender be It's like a train coming at them.
also good for keeping the ball low when shooting
I ran like that my shooting power went up for some reason 😂😂😂
What stunning content.
His shots🔥🔥
To minimize air resistance. The smaller the cross sectional surface area the smaller the air resistance.
This dude is genius this gonna make him run faster because the center of gravity is forward and this gonna make the weight on his legs less
What happened to this channel? It used to be so popular
No he uploads a lot so the view are not that big
Ye they fell of I saw there TikTok the other day It only had about 360 views
That is exactly how you are supposed to sprint
Not only that but it gathers lots of energy for shots
Sometimes people just run without proper form. He had to actually run like that to find out it gave him an advantage (it didn't).
Wow such profound insights.
