      The best way to get it wet is wet it yourself. Be careful, we don't want any slippery accident

    I hope this gets a lot of views! Great video and perfect timing. I'm customizing my Bladeguard as Space Wolves this weekend and wanted to give them some custom hair and fur on their armor.

      Yeah, I kind of understand why that is sadly.
      I love making them but for example this one is getting around 40% less views than usual. It takes a great effort to make and edit a video and it's a bit discouraging when the number roll in.
      I will keep making them but only when I have something to sculpt for my projects

    So that's what those tools are for in my Citadel paint box. I've only been using Greenstuff / Blue Stuff to create round base molds and also been using greenstuff rollers for base texturing with milliput etc but this is the next step in this video.

    I just followed your Contrast Blood Angels tutorial today after 20years of getting back to the hobby and the model honesty turné out just as good as yours and its super easy to do thanks to your tutorial. Thanks man Im gonna have a awesome Blood Angels army now in No time. ❤️

      As I said in the livestream, I will make sculpting videos but most probably just when it fits my schedule, so only when I actually need to do a conversion of some kind.
      I'm not joking when I say no one watches them, the difference in views is truly ridiculous

      @@JuanHidalgoMiniatures it's a shame the views are that low because they're good videos and personally I think knowing how to scult is a really good skill to have for the hobby. I love a good conversion and fur is a great and simple way to add character to your model

    May I ask would you recommend for a less fluffy fur, like lion or leopard pelt? Would it simply be a less thick layer of green stuff, or does it not matter? Asking because I am going to be making a chapter of space marines that are all about hunting and will be wearing pelts on their shoulders and as loincloths.
    Also, you are freaking amazing. Loved your video for painting bone armor.

      For that kind of fur is better to just do it flat and of you want, just paint the texture by hand

      Yeah. Cant get molds from Greenstuff world easily in my country, so this video was really useful.

      Glad I could I help! Also this is in a longer run a much better solution to molds.
      If you learn how to do this you can sculpt very complex surfaces and shaped unlike molds

      I used there an old GW sculpting tool, very old like 10 years old at least and a tool from a generic wax carving kit if I'm not mistaken

      Thanks, the core structure was done using silver. Advantages of being a goldsmith, I know how to work with metal very well. Then it has sculpted details over it

      It's not sold in pots, I put it there.
      I get mine wherever it's the cheapest, all Greenstuff is manufactured by the same company Sylmasta. The real name is Kneadatite Blue-Yellow. I think this one was from Greenstuff World.
