At Deep Center, we practice creative placemaking, a practice that integrates arts, culture, and design activities into efforts that strengthen communities. Creative placemaking is an innovative practice that engages the community with artists, designers and culture bearers, and helps to advance local economic, physical, and/or social change, ultimately laying the groundwork for systems change. We are here to lift up youth voices and expression for a more just and equitable Savannah we all deserve.
