Excited for the follow up video!
How much you get in-hand in the bay area. I know you cant share the exact value, u can give a range just to get an idea how much can one save after these expenses.
Which is better us or uk in terms of sde?
Bhaiya when will u post the svaing comparison video between usa and india ?
is 3* at codechef is good rating?
please continue java series/code design
Indian currency mai corvert karke boliye bhaiya
Good one bro. Make one more video about gadgets and Home office setup :)
💯 it's on my TODO list. Will probably happen in ~2 months
Your car payment is too high in the whole scheme of things. For a $40k car to cost almost 1000/month means the dealership financing took liberties (assuming you financed the car with them).. Check if you can refinance at credit unions, most of the times they offer lower rates. If you have a hybrid work setup(Not sure what Google allows these days, is it 3 days in office?), why not switch to a lower priced car? Car values are depreciating so fast here it makes sense if you can lease instead of buying one if you live closer to the office and don't go over 7000 miles a year.
Also, saving rate could be higher with some more planning? I don't mean to sound like an uncle, but with HYSA being offered these days, why not take advantage of that for now? Historically banks here have never offered higher rates.
I don't think so. I got a pretty good rate from my credit union. 1000/month is very good for a 3 year loan!
Saving rate could may be a little better for sure.
I approve this !! Quite accurate
Glad u found it accurate. Please share as well 😀
Google has cutdown free food for employees ,isn't it?
Nope! Not at all.
Another fantastic video! Expenses are soaring in North America right now, particularly here in Canada. I reside in Ontario and currently pay 350CAD for my car insurance
Waiting for the follow up video 🤔
Probably in 2 weeks
How did your wife shift to usa being a CA in India?
She left her job in India and then eventually joined the same company here in the USA.
@@100GB does the skills translate in american industry? or have to take new course
Great video, btw did you face any racism living in US?
5L+ expenses, that's crazy bhaiya. Is that vary from place to place in US? and waiting your next video!
Yes. It varies from state to state!
Absolutely.
California and especially BayArea is the most crazy. I have heard similar stories from NewYork as well.
I think its dual income(his wife might also be working). So that needs to be kept in mind. Also he works in Faang and in bay area so his salary would also reflect that. If you work in a non-tech company(like say bank or something where IT is cost center) and that too in a mid tier city, it will cost much less but salary will also be less.
@@blasttrash hmm, got it
@@100GB then your monthly salary will be 12k dollar +
Yes, Gaurav! Finally, you getting lot of views on this video. Keep it up buddy~
If u send money to India, what is the process and the extra amount u have to pay for convention. Please discuss this in a future video
Mostly people use remitly, I personally send 1000 per month through that only.
Sir do you earn 250k dollars a year as a software engineer in USA? Plz reply. Thanks a lot.
He is a Senior Software Engineer at Google. And since cost of living in Bay area is high, the pay will also be higher. So, easily it should be $300K+ per year.
How do you prep for Google interviews ?
Any tips for DSA and stuff
I used to watch your videos while I was in India, when I was working for Google as a TVC. I got the opportunity to come to MTV office luckily last year. But later I moved to a different client. But the fun part is I was enjoying your videos in India now I am following your videos to travel where and all you visit 😅. Thank you. Hope will meet one day accidentally somewhere here in Sunnyvale. Have a good night
CZcams income
Effectively 0 this year! Will remain so unless I do any brand partnerships.
congrats for earning that much. Now that you learned how to increase your spendings, I really hope you'll also learn how to become rich by not spending it all😂
LOL!
'Rich' is a weird term that has a different meaning for all. But more or less its about acquiring material wealth.
Financial freedom is the thing I would like to chase instead. And being financially free just by not spending is a thing that I have never heard of - especially here in the USA.
savings video usa vs banglore please, sub + like done😊
5L+ expenses, that's same as the average package offered in tier 3 colleges 🥲🥲
That's more of a purchasing power parity thing. But yeah that's the truth!
But Bro 5L is annual package in India and the above expenses in monthly expenses annual it will be 60L+
@@vaibhavb8772 absolutely! and thats the reason, one ends up not saving a lot - vs what they thought they would before coming to the USA.
