How much bleach and how long do you sit in the water? Do you rinse off with cold or warm water with shower gel? And for the ladies, I would be concerned about our lady parts.
1) I use half or quarter cap full per my doctor
2) Always rinse with cold water, hot water could cause a reaction with bleach
3) Yes, shower with a good derm soap like Cetaphil afterwards
4) Wear a bikini while soaking
I think they only bathe the part of the body affected which is usually hands and feet I don’t think they want you to put your whole body in there and lady parts having eczema is unheard of to me o: like… a ‘foot bath’ is just for feet but it can be called a bath in a way

From people who have done this... Does this affect your towels and clothing afterwards? Should you shower the bleach off after the bath?
The dilution is so mild, you don't even know there's bleach in it.
When I do mine I only use half a cap full , soak for 8-10 minutes per my doctor, and always take my shower with my cetaphil afterwards! Never had any issues with bleached towels or clothing
