Ghanaians have suffered from Nkrumah’s youthful exuberance,in the sense that while he and his Egyptian wife were enjoying clean drinking water at the flagstaff house,and majority of his subjects drinking water from rivers and streams with animals,Nkrumah top priority was allocating resources to finance an unwarranted war against the well entrenched colonial masters for total liberation of Africa. If an impasse can be reasonably resolved through dialogue why go for war,which entails the tragic loss of lives and financial costs?
