My house has a bathroom sink with low water pressure but my agent told me to not bother having a plumber fix it. I also have a dishwasher not working but she told me it’s ok we will just notate it and not to bother fixing it. Do you think she’s saying these things because it’s a seller’s market? She also told me not to bother freshening up the paint when I showed concern in a couple rooms in my house.
I’d replace the dishwasher they aren’t that expensive.
@@teresalopez7081 it’s actually new. I think my old tenant may have broken it on purpose. She was a trash person. 🤬I might just do that.
@@CatsAreNiceMeow Your choice, but I think I'd be inclined to just tell the prospective buyer that the DW is not working & agree on an allowance for it & then the buyer could have the DW of their choice.
True- it’s definitely less of a headache to let them replace it.
@@teresalopez7081 True. My concern is they might think there’s a plumbing or electrical issue if it’s not functional.
Has anybody actually received their playbook? All I have done is give Kati my personal information which gave her permission to contact me but no actual playbook ever came in my email, just a congratulations email that showed the information I gave her! I am frustrated because for 2 days I have been waiting. Any suggestions?
