Notre Dame Safety Kyle Hamilton is widely considered the best safety prospect in years & is getting most of the attention, but someone people are sleeping on is Penn State Safety Jaquan Brisker. He might not make the flashy plays Hamilton makes, but he is someone who is deserving of more hype heading into the draft. He’s a tackling machine & will add immediate help in run support. He’ll probably need to bulk up a bit, which isn’t a problem. Players like Brisker have added muscle & moved to linebacker.

Penn State Safety Jaquan Brisker is a tackling machine. He might not be the biggest safety, but he’s one of the best tacklers, especially in space. What makes Brisker special is that he is versatile & can play at different levels. He does play in the box a lot, so he might be asked to put one some more muscle at the next level.

I like the pick, Eddie Jackson has kinda fallen off the radar, and we definitely needed someone else back there. Especially after picking up Velus later in the draft, who I thought would be a middle second round pick, the bears have done pretty well throughout this draft
Eddie fell off cuz of scheme of defense Nagy put them in obviously didn’t work we got cooked he said he like this scheme way better than Nagy Eddie said Nagy was more complicated talking about reading everything on the field and check this and that but eberflus just says go after the ball

I think he does alot of thing well that Eddie Jackson doesnt, like open field tackling and playing close to the line and run stopping. If the defense puts him and jackson where they should be in their schemes I think we see eddie jackson back to his 2018 form.
Tashaun Gipson and EJ were just too similiar of players and neither were good box safeties, Brisker is just the type of player we need
