Bout to buy a very well maintained A8 in a day from AZ and roadtrip it back to CA. Hopefully its reliable for a while, I LOVE the look and feel of the A8 specifically. Such a beautiful piece of German engineering. Beats any Mercedes or BMW by far
I'm looking at an 07 exclusive with all packages and 3 years warranty. 140K miles with new timing chain for $11K. I would love to get it but not sure yet. It's a bit of a gamble, but what a car!
Ls430/460 is better. From 120-200k, only needed 1 shock, oil, brakes tyres and fuel, still tearing the roads, flying over speedramps at 30-40,creating parking spaces by ramming other cars out the way. Burnouts around every corner, while my kids are playing with the rear massaging seats.
All Audis are reliable as long as you don't let the mechanics to ruin them. I drove this car for 43k miles without any problems. Go to the website to see what I have done with the car. Most of Audis problems resulted from operator errors, especially mechanics. I bought my q7 new, I haven't had to spend a dime fixing it, besides tires. It has 46k miles, original brakes and everything. Never want own any other luxury cars. Buy new or from a good owner used. Be careful with dealers.

kevin musai my car now has 109k miles, no problems what so ever. Find a well driven car by the owners. Most people who bought TDI should drive very carefully and lightly. My next A8 will be 3.0TDI, it's supposed to be the best engine. Cheers and good luck. The car is very well built and reliable. Go to my website and look at all the posts about Audi.
Thank you bro but I live in albania and roads here are with a lot of bumps and im afraid of air suspension. And the parts of a8 are expensive like sensors and electric parts etc etc but anyway your review was great thanks a lot

+Musheer Batayneh When air suspension components are broken, then the car will go to the ground. Mine's been fine. All air suspension are the same. Avoid buying cars that are not garaged. If the car parked outside in the cold and hot, the air shocks rubber get degraded fast and leak, shock leaks cause air pump to work overtime, then the air pump fails.

@@3dogs1monkey mate if you knew anything about engineering and the quality of engineering... Ie rubbers on German cars turn to plastic and break when they get old. They don't use bolts that will easily get rounded. Lexus is built to last, that's the difference.

The best option is to pay some money and bring the car to car expert. If you have money to buy an a8, you should pay check up fee.
Yes let's become completely dependant on others even though we need to learn all of these things as owners.
Number 1 should be check if theres a lexus badge on it, if not, your looking at the wrong car.
If the badge is Lexus, it's definitely a wrong car, a luxury and performance wanna be LOL
