Peugeot Citroen Faulty Coolant level sensor replacement / repair PART 2

Peugeot Citroen Coolant level sensors can fail causing false top up coolant warnings to be displays on the infotainment unit. (PSA part number 96 469 025 80) G.CARTIER. Sensor picked up from the wrecker to replace a faulty sensor turns out to suffer from the same issue.
